Can I use a tablet or mobile device or tablet to make changes to my digital sign?

A: Yes, because these are browser based application, there is the capability of managing them through your tablet or mobile device.

Do I need an internet connection?

A：It depends on which working mode you use. If you set Stand alone mode in software, no need for internet, you can just plug the USB disk with your content, then it will auto display. If you set cloud mode, then the devices need internet connected or at least a SIM card for network.

If I want to display the same digital sign in two different locations, is it possible?

A: Yes, simply connect the digital signs wifi or use a SIM card, to ensure it is with internet. Then after connecting these devices to cloud platform, you can decide the content to every screen on your personal PC.

What is the recommended graphic format needed for a digital signage display?

A: Our screen is designed to display at full HD resolution, this means that a graphic (full screen) of 1920 x 1080 Horizontal or 1080 x 1920 vertical is required. The graphic image itself can be created in a wide variety of applications. The image should be 72 DPI – 150 DPI. The image must be flattened. You flatten most images as JPG, PNG or GIF files.

What is the warranty ?
A: We offer 1-year warranty to solve your aftersale worries. Technical support and online instruction will be offered all life time. For quality issues we can’t fix, we provide replacement or refund within warranty.

How long is shipment time ?
A: Production time is 10-15 days, for urgent order, we can ship in 5 days after test.

What is MOQ ?
A: Sample and small quantity are supported, no MOQ.

How do you control the quality?
A: We have QC for every production step, with QC list to check one by one. After all test,
We will run the devices 2x24hours before packing.

What certificates do you have?
A: We have products tested by CE / ROHS / FCC / NEMKO / TUV etc.

Do you offer spare parts?
A: Yes, for large amount, we supply 2% spare parts for main board, panels, power board, antennas etc.
